Brooklyn Brewery Black Chocolate Stout - This is the famous Brooklyn Black Chocolate Stout. In the 18th century, Catherine the Great, Empress of Russia, ordered a stout to be sent to her from England. This beer was brewed strong and hoppy to survive the sea voyage, and it arrived in perfect condition. Soon "Russian Imperial Stout" became the toast of the Russian aristocracy. Perfect with warm eccles cakes with a slice of ewe's milk cheese
Anchor Brewery Old Foghorn Barley Wine - Brewed based on historic English barleywine methods. It is highly hopped, fermented with a true top-fermenting ale yeast, carbonated by a natural process called "bunging" to produce champagne-like bubbles. Nogne Imperial Stout - Dark, rich and intense—the Nogne Ø Imperial Stout is sure to please even the most demanding of Russian Tsars. Roosters Londinium Coffee Porter - A dark beer with a hint of coffee on the finish, from the famous coffee house, Taylor's, brewed using a blend of four malts and English hops, Londinium is a nod to the beer of yesteryear and, in particular, the style made popular by the street and river porters in London in the 18th century. Nogne Imperial Brown Ale - Rich, full-bodied, and beautiful, this Imperial Brown Ale from Nøgne Ø is a hard one to put down. Perro Tonto - Perro Tonto is a deeply complex and balance strong amber ale, aged for 6 months in Sherry Casks.
Saddle Black - The roasted malts used to craft this full flavoured black beer will give a taste of chocolate and espresso, whilst the use the of smoked malt gives saddle black a well rounded finish. The aromas are a mix of black pepper, deep fruits, orange and spices. The mouth feel is full bodied and complex with a lingering bitter finish. Saddle Black is best served with beef short ribs, beer BBQ beans, dirty mash with garlic butter and gravy.
